      DeliveryQ. When can I get the product?A. On average, it takes 5 to 7 days to prepare the product and 5 to 7 days to deliver the order.
      Please note that warehousing may be delayed depending on the quantity of each product or product purchased.
      Q. How can i measure the shipping cost?A. Shipping costs are measured according to the weight of the product.
      Q. How can I track the delivery?A. You can track your shipment by clicking Log In > Check Order History > Confirm Shipping Number.
      (When the shipment is completed, the tracking information link will send the invoice number to the email address, and if you click it, it will be connected to the tracking site.)
      Q. How can i modifiy the delivery infomation?A. Please fill out the information that needs to be revised accurately on our CS bulletin board and e-mail.
      Q. What is the overseas delivery process?A. Confirm Order > Ordering a product > Product preparation > International Logistics Center Shipment > Overseas delivery > Customs clearance > Shipping to address
      (Delivery may be delayed depending on the customs clearance procedures of each country.)
      Q. What should I do when customs duties occur?
      A. In [lylon], the purchased product is shipped from Korea by overseas delivery, so tariffs and VAT may occur upon receipt.

      Since the amount of customs duties and VAT is confirmed in customs clearance, it can't be confirmed in advance, and [lylon] is We cannot be responsible for the occurrence of tariffs.

      The recipient must pay directly.

      * If you refuse to receive or request a return due to the burden of customs duties, you will be refunded after returning the product and deducting the domestic shipping cost.
      Q. I'd like to want to make an additional purchase before strart delivery. What should I do?A. You have to cancel the order you already paid for and reorder it.

      Q. When purchased the order from a non-member, How can I check the order?A. You can check it in Login > Non-member Order History Inquiry.
      Q. How can I check the order list?A. After logging in, you can use the login > My Page > Order details of the top menu.
      Q. How can cancel the order?A. Please send an e-mail to [lylon_@naver.com] or leave on the 1:1 Inquiry.
      (However, the cancellation is possible only when the order is preparing the products)
         
      RefundQ. How can I refund?A.The refund process will be completed within 5 days
      If you cannot check the refund amount, please leave an inquire to [lylon_@naver.com] or 1:1 Inquiry.
      Q. How can I cancel the order before delivery?A. Order cancellation is possible during the product preparation stage, so if you request it through [lylon_@naver.com] or 1:1 inquiry board at order cancellation is possible.
         
      ReturnQ. When I received the product and then if I want to return it, what should do?A. Please register by writing down the product name, order number, name, and e-mail you wish to return through 1:1 inquiry or [lylon_@naver.com].

      Q. If I recieved the defective product, How can I reqeust the return it?A.When you receive a defective product, please contact us 1:1 inquiry or register it through [lylon_@naver.com].
